Needs to transform the logo into grey/white

Hello everybody,

The logo needs to be a gray/light gray color so I can put it on the bottom footer. I download the logo directly from the site (link removed by moderator) and I've tried image tracing but I don't like the quality of the shape. how it can be done?

This cannot be done with Image Trace.

You can either draw it manually using the template.

Or ask those people for a vector version of their logo.
