I discovered the specific reasons why ps and ai made the mouse flash and flicker：

First, I drag a layer inside ai to ps. In the second step, add a layer mask to the layer in ps. Third, draw it with a brush in the layer mask. And then you find out Mouse flicker problem；

Then you have to exit the ps to get back to normal
