Question

New Illustrator Image Trace dialog box has returned to the old one

I have been using the new updated illustrator with the new Image Trace dialog box (see attached first image)

 

But when I was using it today the old dialog box has come back and the new functions have gone. I have done nothing new. Haven't updated or reverted to an older version, it just simply disappeared. (see attached image)

 

I spent over an hour with the help team and they weren't able to help me at all. Even after they took control of my desktop for 40 mins.

Anyone experienced something similar?

The product team has decided to revert to the older Image Trace based on user feedback. Would you mind creating a UserVoice for this request (https://illustrator.uservoice.com) and adding your comments there?
