New Illustrator Mockup tool is not working

I pressed the install button and am now stuck on this screen and I can't do anything, I've tried restarting the app, and my computer but it changes nothing, please help.

If nothing else helps, try and launch Illustrator with Ctrl+Alt+Shift held down (on Mac it's cmd instead of ctrl) to reset the preferences. This will of course erase your settings.
