New update giving issues

Question

I have been experiencing really weird issues with Adobe Illustrator latwly, sudden crashed, freezing, "unknown error" messages when trying to link or update embedded files, lagging. A colleague that was also using illustrator also had random freezing. I checked when it was last updated and the newest update was three days ago (6 August 2024) exactly when me and my colleague started experiencing issues. I am not sure if it is linked to the new update or not, but it is really strange how the dates are coinciding. I was wondering if this was just me or is anyone else just been experiencing Illustartor issues all round?

If yes, kindly try the following steps to check if they help:- Close all Adobe applications- Uninstall any installed Beta apps from Creative Cloud (https://adobe.ly/4cjnCbc)- Relaunch IllustratorIf the problem persists, try removing Illustrator using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://adobe.ly/3ArDaw0) and then reinstalling and share your observations.Looking forward to hearing from you.Thanks,Anubhav
