Hello,

Illustrator 2024

I was working on a project a few days ago, normally I would keep a version stored locally and in the cloud. This one however i seem to only have (I believe) In the cloud. When I tried to open it, it said I did not have permission and to contact the owner.

I haven't signed in or out of the program so I have no idea what to do

Thankyouuuuuuuu!

If you saved your file as .aic it is a cloud file, which if it has a green checkmark also downloaded locally.

You can try the CC app.

Select the Files icon on the left.

Click > Your Files

Select the one you want.

Select the 3 dots in the right column and choose Download

I hope that works, I am not using cloud files since I got a message to "contact the owner" of a file I created 5 minutes before.

If it does not work, try Adobe support and ask for an agent:

Do you have access to more than one CC account? Are you logged in to the correct account in the CC app?
