Your toolbar already contains all the tools. You might want to read the documentation about how to use the toolbar.

Some tools are hidden behind others and you have to press the mouse down over them to get at the others.

No, it means you are not allowed to add them to the default toolbar. Create a new toolbar to highlight all tools.
