Not enough Memory to open the illustration, but you take enough of my money to make this work...

How much do we have to pay every monty to have a product that actually works consistantly, with something for support other than "go ask your friends". Such crap.

Please tell us which system and version of Illustrator you are using and the hardware specifications.

How large is the file and what's in it? Did you create the file in Illustrator or is this some other file format?

And you dont think it's absolutely unacceptable that we pay ~$50+ a month and we can't even get STAFF to answer WHY THEIR SOFTWARE IS BROKE.

Sorry for your frustration, but we are mostly expert users here to help you. Please provide more detail, if you wish us to help you.

 

I would recommend a 16gb ram minimum. You should also try restarting your machine to flush out any ram corruption and to give back ram to your OS that another apps might be using.
