Not export all layers from Ai file in Photoshop

If I export any Ai file with layers in PSD,  then the file doesn't come with any layer except layer 1 

again,

some time some project export with all layers in PSD (below I gave those example Ai project file)

• This Ai file comes with all layers in PSD - Ai Project 01

But

• This Ai file does not come with all layers in PSD except layer1 - Ai Project 02
• Also, this Ai file does not export with all layers in PSD - Ai Project 03

Pls check the Ai files and give me the solutions.......

why the 1st one export with all the layers and why not the 2nd & 3rd one.

in the two examples i downloaded 1 & 3 they both appear to work as expected, in that layers in illustrator come into photoshop as layers, and groups within those come in as grouped layers in pshop. you just need to arrange your layers and groups more neatly in the Ai document, putting elements in groups or layers that you want in the same layer in photoshop.
