Notification "The dimensions of this page are out-of-range"

Hi there,

I have a problem, but I do not know why.... it does this.

I made a HUGE design... 530cm x 60cm. The artboard is also of that size.....AI keeps that size when I open and close it. BUT...

Here's the big.... It needs to go to printing. So.... as usual, I need to make a PDF, but when I do I get the following notification "The dimensions of this page are out-of-range". Even

Why is this? And how do I fix this? Am I doing something wrong? I hope someone can help me.

When I do an export to JPG... I can only make on with 72dpi (screen) and not 150 or 300dpi. I need it to be of the highest quality.

And when I make a TIFF of 300dpi... it says "An unknown error caused the operation to fail"

So please tell me what I need to do...
