Object are hidden outside of the artboard

As shown in the image, I have two artboards, and the objects are only visible on the left artboard. If I move the object outside of the left artboard or to another artboard, the object will be hidden. How do I make them visible?

There is indeed a clipping mask in the file.

It's a layer based mask, one that has been created using the mask button in the Layers panel.

I just checked again and there is a rectangle "containing" all the objects, but it is not clip mask.

100% clipped mask..

go to selection tool, select the object, right click and release clipping mask... the circles look also clipped inside the square.

As Manal said, it must be a clipping mask. Try the menu in the Layers panel with that rectangle selected and see if you can select Release Clipping Mask.
