Object/Blend/Make issue

Hi

 

Bit of a leaner here, so perhaps making a stupid error....

 

I have created a shape using the left half of a circle, stretching it and then mirroring it to form a whole.

 

I then want to be able to use Object/Blend/Make so i have lines running down, almost like a leaf pattern...however, the pattern is only affecting the original left hand side, not the whole.  Is there something i have missed?

    Yes!  Thank you, it's been driving me nuts, and didn't think about the fill at the start!
