Objects in illustrator don't move!

i don't know why, i have illustrator 2021 and i can't move my objects, productions, when i'm clicking on something, my camputer makes a noise . what can i do to stop it and to be abble to move my objects?

Please show a screenshot of your workspace with the layers panel visible.

So you have an object selected there that doesn't move when you either click and drag with the black selection arrow?

What about the keyboard arrow keys?

Can you scale and rotate objects?

Can you use the white arrow to move an anchor point?
