Depois das ultimas atualizações, objeto não vai pra trás e nem pra frente com atalho cmd+] e cmd+[.
Preciso ficar reiniciando o software do Illustrator. Vocês ficam atualizando só que algumas coisas pioram, como por exemplo o tempo de salvamento dos arquivos. Minha máquina é um M4 Max, complicado hein!

Which version do you use at the moment? Works for me in 30.0.

Any other apps/utilities that modify the keyboard?

Do the keyboard shortcuts look like this:

The shortcuts are configured correctly. This issue usually happens when I open Illustrator for the first time after turning on my Mac.

And you are using 30.0? Did you check if other apps are running?

Did you already reset your Preferences? You may first want to use Edit > My Settings > Export Settings (to get them back if Resetting does not help). Or back them up first: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfOCy-uehps

Resetting Illustrator preferences resolves a variety of performance issues. Watch this video to reset Illustrator preferences manually after taking a backup of the Preferences folder, using keyboard shortcuts, and from within the application preferences. To manually backup and reset Illustrator ...

Hello! I did exactly what was instructed, but there was no result. I need to keep restarting the software every time I open it for the first time. Then it goes back to normal. But I believe this is a new issue, because this problem didn’t happen before. This is happening both on my machine and on my husband’s.

Hi @Giovani98A5 ,

Thanks for the update, and I'm sorry to hear the issue is still happening. I tested this on both Windows and macOS by fully shutting down the system, launching Illustrator 30.1 as the first app, and the shortcuts worked correctly every time, so I'd love to dig a bit deeper to understand what might be different in your setup.

Could you confirm the exact machine you’re using, such as whether it's a MacBook, Mac Studio, or Mac Mini, and whether any peripherals like a Bluetooth keyboard or mouse are connected? Also, please confirm if you have any custom settings applied under your macOS keyboard preferences. If yes, please revert them and then test the issue.

Lastly, if you're not already on the latest Illustrator version 30.1, please update and see if the behavior changes.

Let me know your observations and the machine details. Looking forward to the update.

Abhishek
