online (aic) files will not open in Illustrator

I have tried saving to cloud from Illustrator (up to date) and it flatly refuses. If opening in CC app then it opens in Beta version. Cannot open from the Illustrator startup screen.

Hi. Do you get any errors or messages? Can you share screenshots of it?

Where are you stuck at?? Your title suggests you can not open, and what you wrote suggests you cannot save cloud documents. If you are on beta you should be posting on their forum.

Please share a screenshot, so we see what error message you are receiving. Is the Adobe cloud application up and running?

Open the Creative Cloud Desktop app, if it is not open already, and try to save as a cloud doc again—does the issue still persist?
