Hi, i'm Christof, living in Belgium and i have been working more then 25 years in the graphical industry, i almost grey up seamless with adobe illustrator and i get a lot of questions about how to do things in illustrator.
When i do a online search for tutorials, the results i see are poor and mostly outdated results... .
A lot of desigers & prepress people still working with Illustrator like they did in version 10 of ai, they dont use the benefits of Illustrator offers today.
So i plan to make up-to date video tutorials on how to do things quick & solid for prepress & design agencys to make the artwork printable on offset, flexo or gravure with all specs aplied the printers ask.
However, i want to do this on a legal way, so i tried to contact adobe, if this is allowed to do using there software for this purpose.
So if Adobe could contact me about the "legal" matters about this it will be appriciated.
As good i'm with working with photoshop , illustrator, etc... i have never edit videos or did voiceover recordings before (totaly noob), so if adobe could explain what adobe has to offer to do this things (video & sound recording & edit) it would be great !
Sorry for bad english writing, i hope you all understand 🙂
Greatings,
Christof
What kind of legal problems do you expect?
I would not worry about legal problems with tutorials, as long as you make clear that these are your tutorials and not from Adobe.
Like mentioned in the other replies, there are many applications to record your screen and edit the movies.
I would suggest buying a good microphone.
If you are on the Mac Platform, Quicktime Player app can record your audio and video.
And if you have a CC subscription, Premiere is more than enough to edit your video.

The forums are not a practical place in order to get "official" answers.
As for the recording thing:
There is a screen recording application by Adobe: Presenter Video Express.
It belongs to the e-Learning suite of products, with Captivate and others
In order to edit cideo and audio you could use Premiere and Audition.
But those two might be voerwhelming for this purpose, because that's what Hollywood uses as well and has according options, most of which you will never need for your tutorials.
On the Mac I would recommend a different app: Screen Flow
Not only does it record the screen, it also has editing capabilities, which are quite mighty (you can zoom and focus around, filter your sound, cut the video). Plus it's very straightforward to use.
You could also take a look at the Techsmith range of products (Mac as well as Win), which are also focused on screen recording and editing.

Salut
I use Camtasia $248, it's a great tool to record your screen and add annotations. And yes ScreenFlow is great $129,
BUT! maybe you can try OBS (free).
Can't wait to watch your videos!
