Opacity/Transparency is Now a Shade?
Hi Guys,
This might be a dumb question but I just updated my Creative Cloud. I'm in Illustrator and was setting some type to not be 100% opacity, but found it made this type a lighter shade of the colour rather than setting the transparency of the text. So if I go down to 0% opacity, the text is white instead of completely transparent. When I try to make text 50% opacity, the text is still opaque, but the shade of the text is reduced to 50. Is there just some setting I'm missing or is opacity now called something else? I tried it in both the Transparency menu, as well as the Opacity under the Appearance menu. Any insight would be great!
