Hello,
if I've imported an image in Illustrator and then I want to modify the original file, I can use ALT+ DOUBLE CLIC on the mouse. THE PROBLEM IS THAT IF the file IS ".JPG", Illustrator opens me it automatically with PAINT. Is there a way to change the program in which it opens the file and make it open it with Photoshop?

I can't find it.

Thank you for youe help

What operating system are you on ("paint" I presume windows?) What happens if you open a .jpg directly fror your desktop? Make sure you selected open with photoshop is set as default for jpgs.

The view of jpg and png files is setted on the Windows photo viewer. Not PAINT. I know that if I save the file in .psd, the ALT+double click in Illustrator opens it automatically with Photoshop. BUT I CAN'T CHANGE THE VIEWER from photo views to Photoshop only for this reason, otherwise Windows will open every single picture with photoshop. And it is not useful.

I just wished there was a way to "tell" Illustrator "Open the file with photoshop after Alt+double click" regardless Windows.
