Our extension is not working in CC 2015.3

Hi,

we are an Italian software house. We developed a flash extension with Adobe Extension Builder and this extension works great from CS6 Illustrator version to CC2015. Someone installed on his pc the 2015.3 version of Illustrator, and the extension is not working anymore. We changed the reference version of the manifest by 19.9 to 20.9, but nothing changed. How can we do to make the extension work on this newer versions of Adobe Illustrator?

Unfortunatly, Flash Runtime removed since 2015.3 and Flash based Extensions stoped working.

Ok thank you all community.

I can't understand how Adobe stopped to support ITS Adobe Flash system; it's crazy because it's an Adobe product.

So we will rebuild our extension in HTML5 based EB3, but the question is: how long will it be supported?
