Out of Memory but not really?

Question

HP Z4 Workstation4GB Intel Xeon processor32GB Memory Lately I have been getting Not Enough Memory errors in Illustrator. I have Xbox Gamebar pinned to one of my monitors, and when I get this error, Gamebar shows that I'm only at 60-65% of my memory used. If that's the case, then how can Illustrator think I'm out of memory? Is there something I can do to prevent this from happening? I have no issues when I'm in NX manipulating a CAD model of a full machine, but once I close out of that and open Illustrator, my memory use starts to become an issue.
