Hello, my computer crashes when I use the Outline View command, whether Crtl + Y or E. These are its settings:
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 8-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
When I close Illustrator, it shows the outilne, as if it had crashed. Can anyone help me? I found other similar topics here, but without solutions

Does that happen with all files?
Did you already reboot the computer?
Did you already reset the preferences?

I just subscribed to ADOBE for the first time, so it's coming with factory settings. I opened it several times and restarted it, but it's still the same.

What happens when you turn off the GPU acceleration in the Preferences?
What kind of driver is installed for the card?

When I activate it, it kind of freezes, and when I deactivate it, it continues normally, as if nothing had happened. I don't know about the type of drive that is installed, can you help me?

So it's working when you turn off the GPU acceleration. That could mean that Illustrator either does not like the card or the driver. Illustrator prefers studio drivers over gaming drivers.
I'm using a Mac, so I do not know how to find out about your driver. Should be in the system info comewhere.

What kind of graphics card or graphics chipset is installed in the computer? Are the drivers up to date? Even if it's a fairly new computer system the graphics driver could be out of date.
