I FIXED !!!

so, i restart firefox and chrome (deleted all the files) like i restored everything, after that i update my nvidia gforce experience and oponed illustrator again and it works.

No, i thought about that, so i made a go back to the computer to yesterday, and still not working.

even if i installed the program again it supposed to work, but it hasn't worked.
