Panels jump CC2019

Occasionally [not yet found the pattern], my grouped panels jump to where the canvas is; and I have to Reset the Workspace.

I have 3 monitors: left centre, right; I have panels set up on the left and right monitors and the canvas on the centre monitor. The panels on the right-side monitor jump to the centre monitor.

Please, Adobe, I don't want any fantastic new Features; I simply want this professional software to be faster and more stable for my job. I'd pay more for Adobe software [InDesign especially] without the beachball.
