Pantone Colors Missing in Creative Cloud

I just recently bought a new Pantone Formula Guide set; however there are several colors in the fan such as 4241, that are not in the Pantone+ Solid Coated swatch set in Illustrator. I am using Creative Cloud and always current on updates. There seems to be entire "new" sections from the fan that are not in Adobe. Anyone else had this issue?

You should be able to get the Pantone Color Manager and then you can install the latest color libraries from Pantone.
