Pantone Connect not letting me add pantones to swatch in Illustrator

When I search for a specific Pantone color, therused to be a 3 dot dropdown on the colors to allow you to "Add to Pallet" or "Add to swatch" etc. That is no longer available. This only seems to be on searched colors. Has anyone else run into this?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

In the latest version of Illustrator (29.5.1) I found that the top entry on the Pantone Panel pull-down menu does provide an option to "add to Swatches". Besides that I've always just clicked on the color and it will automatically become part of the swatches.

Yes same issue... it was working fine a few days ago. Also can not create a new pallete thru the extension. I found a work around- go directly into the Pantone Connect website, choose your color then save to a new pallete. Logo out and go back into the Pantone Connect extension thru Illustrator. You can access the saved pallete and now save to swatches in Illustrstor. You may have to close and relaunch the app but it works. Yes PITA.

Is that happening inside the Pantone Connect extension?

In that case you would need to contact Pantone about it.
