Paper sizes missing for Epson P900 when using illustrator or indesign

Hi, I would be very grateful for any help please, my paper sizes are missing for Epson P900 when using illustrator or indesign. Photoshop seems fine however. I am currently running masOS Sonoma 1.4.1

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

    I have just resolved the issue. 

    I removed Epson SC-P900 printer driver and all associated files.

    I installed EPSON SC-P900 Series Driver version 13.22 and this has resolved the issue I was encountering.  I am assuming that the uninstalled printer driver version was corrupted or some elements of it became incompatible with certain CC apps. Not sure, but everything is OK now :-))

    Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind checking the Page Setup option on the Print window for Media/Page Size settings to see if it helps?

    Hello again Anubhav,

     

    Looking at this issue further I found that the complet list of EPSON SC-P900 print options are available in the "PRINT" dialog under "DEFINED BY DRIVER" settings however only the truncated print options are availbale in the "PAGE SETUP" dialog box??

      Thanks for sharing the details. When using the Defined by Driver option, does the output come out correctly or does it still have problems?
      Also, could you try printing from a different application on your computer and sharing your observations.

      Hi, yes the output is correct. PhotoshopCC is OK the print sizes are visible correctly in page setup. InDesignCC  not there nor illustrator CC in page setup.

      Not sure if that helps?
