Paramétrage Illustrator Profil

Hello à tous,

 

J'ai un soucis dont je viens de m'aperçevoir, je fais du Print et après plusieurs reprod (pour différents dossiers) il s'avère que j'ai des soucis de colorimétrie. Après plusieurs tests en effet, lorsque je crée un fichier, que je l'enregistre en AI ou PDF, lors de la réouverture en prod, les colorimétries change  et ce malgrè tout les paramètres de sortie modifier dont "ne pas inclure les profils - Aucunce conversion" et / ou " Inclure tout les profils - aucune conversion"

 

J'ai testé tout les paramètres .... Comment fair pour régler parfaitement AI pour que mon fichier soit BIEN A LA COULEUR ?

Désolé, ce n'est pas pour de l'impression bureautique, de l'impression grand format, enseigne, marquage véhicule, etc .... Il y a vraiment un problème lors des exports de fichiers, AI modifie les couleurs lorsque le fichier est transferer puis ouvert par un collaborateur.

Thanks for describing the issue again. I would request you to share a few more details like:

  • OS & version of Illustrator installed on your device and the other employee
  • In which format you're exporting the file?
  • Could you please share a screenshot comparison between both devices?
    Also, would it be possible for you to share the file with me? Then, I will check it on different machines.
  • Are you using an external monitor(s)? If yes, please check HDR is not turned ON in the Windows Display setting on both devices.
  • Do the hex values changes for the exported file when viewed on the other employee screen. If not, then most likely it can be the issue of GPU or display.
  • Check if turning off "GPU Performance" from Preferences > Performance > uncheck GPU Performance helps to resolve the issue.
