I try to put any image format into the software and I get this error.

Even when I try to load a document from the cloud with an image, the image is not displayed in the software.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

How large are the images?

How much RAM is installed?

Did you already try and reboot the system?

Small size, but for all the size same erorr, and also for diffrent format, like png jpg or else...

I have 16 gb is enough.

and I reboot my pc and still same erorr.

So you create a new file and thne place an image?

Or do you try to open an image?

Where do those files come from? Did you open them in Photoshop first , save them and then place them in Illustrator?

Illustrator cannot place images that you get via WhatsApp
