I've been working on a certain illustrator file since early 2018 and I thought it would quite interesting to check the path, point and length stats for the file. here they are below. I guess this is a flex of some sort! lol

Illustrator File: Document info
Paths: 248307
Points: 2177851
Length = 324892.1003cm

I've been busy..... teeheheh

Cool... Good luck at your exhibition!

You'll probably be fine, but if for some reason it does present problems you can try using Object > Path > Simplify.

You certainly have been busy! Did you manually create all of the shapes or did you use live trace (which loves to make lots of paths)?

The reason people might like to know those stats is if they are having trouble printing. Vectors with too many paths/points can sometimes be too complicated for some printers depending on their memory and speed.

Hey Dan

Magnificent Future, work in progress from nov 2019.Magnificent Future, work in progress from nov 2019.

This image is from nov 2019, I have done a lot too it since then. 😄

99% manually drawn with a few elements copy and pasted.

This work is for my solo exhibition in April called Futurescape!

Created at size, 140 cm x 190 cm, all vector.

Golly, I hope the printer I use can rip it okay lol.....:O I hadn't considered that as a possibility... (I've only had trouble with places that have old printers) the newer ones should be okay....
