Pattern maker in CS6: always have line and gap. How do I fix it?

Whenever I make a pattern in CS6 and repeat it there is always a line showing up on the initial boundary box.  The objects are over the boundary line and should not be a problem.  Anyone know how I can fix this?  Below you can see the line break in the pattern.

I tried this and it works for me. And that's amazing that someone suggested something that actually works!  But the big problem is that it turned my patterns into what looks like tiles instead of a seamless pattern. No rejoicing here. And I've tried so many suggestions that just has not worked for me. This white line problem is ruining this wonderful pattern maker in CS6. Why are so many people throwing out suggestions on how to fix this that just doesn't work for me. I don't get it. Turning off anti-aliasing doesn't work...o.k? It's time that Adobe fix this problem. After all they charge so much money for these programs.
