Pc and iPad on same creative cloud plan

You can run the full version of Adobe Illustrator on a Windows PC and an iPad under the same CC account and trade files between the two devices easily. Plus the iPad does not count against the number of computers a single account can use. You can run CC apps on a work desktop, a personal computer or notebook at home plus mobile devices such as an iPad. The choice of apps is more limited for smart phones.

One thing to be careful about: FONTS. The iPadOS has a lot of system fonts that are not included in a Windows PC, such as many styles of Helvetica/Helvetica Neue, Avenir Next, etc. When moving art files between an iPad and a desktop PC you need to stick with fonts available to both platforms. Anything you sync via Adobe Fonts will be available on both.
