PC lag when open big files

I have problem when adobe AI open very large file using 20-30GB memory,
It only lags on PC, but works fine on Mac, e.g. zooming in on pictures is slower than 1 second
Is it better to use Adobe AI in Mac than PC? Do other PC users have same problem?

Depending on various factors like the CPU (Cores/Frequency), the GPU (Available VRAM), and the installed system memory can affect the performance in Illustrator, especially when working in 3D and on large files.
