Pinch Zoom on a PC

Hi,

I just bought an HP Envy x360 m6 and cannot pinch zoom on Illustrator. It seems to be working on Photoshop and other apps. except for AI.

I've been using a MAC my entire life so I have grown accustomed to the pinch zoom method. I know I can use CTRL & +/- but I find that to be annoying and not as efficient.

I've read plenty of old threads as well... just looking for an up to date answer and hopefully a fix.
