Playwrite Fonts are overlapping in Illustrator

Hi, Im currently working with "Playwrite CC Việt Nam" font. For some reasons the font displays differently in Illustrator than it does in Adobe Font. I tried the font in Photoshop and it still displays correctly. (according to the attached images) Any help on this matter? I need to hand the file over to my client tomorrow. Thank you so much! Our team is aware of the problem and is currently investigating it. For the time being, would you mind using a different Font Family to see if it helps? Also, try increasing the spacing manually and share your observations.

Sonds liek a FONDID conflict. Try flushing your font cache and uninstalling unused fonts.

How are you loading your font and what OS are you on. Font book on mac warns of FOND ID conflicts.
