Please contact Wacom to get help installing and setting up that tablet.

No, it's not straightforward.You have to install and then adjust a setting hjere and another one over there and whatnot.

Also: ask them if they can guarantee that this tablet is supposed to run on your system with Illustrator.

I checked with the shop I bought it and they tested with illus 2021 ver. PC Window 10 can be used normally but the shop doesn't have Mac OS.

I have seen this error before from another user, but not been able to fix. (I don't have this problem, and it's tedious to trouble shoot drivers becasue they involve several software and hardware.)
Do you se pressure for the "Wacom 3D brushes"?

Could you give more specifics on your OS. The screen shots you use are helpful.
I think there is also some options in Accessibility under Security & Privacy that need to be enabled
Does pressure work in Photoshop?

You should beed to connect the device before you open illustrator. I have read that resetting Illustrator preference and restarting the computer should help.
