Hello i have a problem that i can't solve. Actually, the problem is i have kept 20 to 25 designs in one adobe illustrator file. Now when i open the file there is show blank file not any design that. So how can i solve this problem please help me. If the problem solve i will be so benifit.

1. The version of Illustrator you are using.

2. The operating system (Windows or macOS, along with the version).

3. Since when has this issue been occurring? Did it happen suddenly or after a specific update or action?

In the meantime, here are a few steps you can try:

1. Open in Outline Mode: Press Ctrl/Cmd + Y to switch to Outline mode in Illustrator. If the designs appear in this mode, it might be a display issue.

2. Open the Layers panel (Window > Layers) to confirm if the content exists but is hidden or locked.

3. If you have a backup of the file, try opening it to see if the issue persists.

4. If the file is accessible elsewhere, try saving it as a PDF or IDML to recover the content.

Your file has an actual rectangle shape in it. It is NOT the bounding box. Simply delete it:

I have tried what you showed me but it didn't work. I have attached a video you can see that. Actually what i attached the video of file that's my crashed file there had 20,25 design but after opneing the file it's show me blank. The 2nd picture screenshot i included my designs that's i have exported in png but that's designs had in the crashed file that i have included in the video.

Where did you save the file?

How large is the file?

The file is probably corrupted. So the question is also: do you have a backup? Did something happen when you last saved it? A crash?

The file 35 mb but i have more large file than it. Actually, when i was working tommorow then suddendly gone electricity and shut down my pc or when i open the file today then heppening this problem.

Yes, i hope @Abhishek Rao or their colleagues can do it that you said me but what should i do for solve this problem if you need any requirement for solving just tell me. Even @Abhishek Rao wanted the crashed file but i can't give that file because when i go to attach the file click bellow the browse option. The file is upload but don't post. I can't understand that so if i can send the file to you i think it would be great for solve the problem for you.

You need to upload the file somewhere else. Wetransfer, Dropbox, some other cloud service ...

Yes, I have seen the layers panel. That's not hidden

1. I use 2020 version

2. Windows 11

3. Actually, It happed 1 time before 2,3 month or more today. It happen suddendly.
