Hi i want to make a plastic bag  just with a logo in the middle 

width 38
heigth 45

so i have just maka a Square and put a logo and print it?

the problem it is a customer who need it and i dont have the printer number .
i found a lot of tutorial abour paper bag 
but no one did a plastic one


You really need to get more information from your customer, who they will use for printing, what kind of printing technique. If you do a search you will find many different posts about printing on a plastic bag. The printer is the only one who can advice you.

Looks simple, but talk to the printer of the plastic bags what kind of file they want.
