Plugin error messages with AI CC 2015.3.1?

I've been using this version of AI on my Mac Pro OS X El Capitan and it was working fine until last night. Now it will only allow me to open it in SafeMode with plugins Experimentation.aip and OnBoarding.aip disabled. There's also another error window that shows up and lists plugins JPEGFormatUI.aip, PNGFileFormat.aip, SmartExportUI.aip and svgFileFormatUI.aip as also having problems. I've looked in my Illustrator folder under applications and there are no plugins listed, just a txt file. I originally purchased the software and get the updates through Creative Cloud. So I uninstalled it through Creative Cloud and reinstalled it. Same error messages come up. I shut down and restarted. Same error messages. Anyone else experiencing this and what do you suggest? I can work in AI in SafeMode but this makes me nervous.

Same here, but everything works fine after checking the boxes and "enabling plugins after relaunch".
First thought it had something to do with my printer drivers disappearing all the time - guess not

I just got this same message this morning about "experimentation" and "onboarding" plug-ins, but can't find them in my 2015.3 application folder to delete.... Since it only happened after being off all weekend, I thought it might've had something to do with the cyberattacks publicized Friday (?)

Same here, started up for work this morning and I get greeted with an error message that seems to be a screw-up form our graphic overlords themselves.... sweet that I'm paying yearly for this 'feature", and have AI crash on the regular, even though it's completely stock. Conversely, CS6 was rock-solid.
Even more hilarious is that the path to the "problem" plug-in is within the app itself.... so no way to disable or update it (yeah, I can work around to "look" inside the app, but no way in hell am I doing the work that I'm paying Adobe to get right the FIRST time).

By the way, to the posters above, you might want to warn folks that "command-alt-shift" wipes all of the preferences set you might've set up previously, so that AI starts up like it's never "met" you before. If you don't have a workspace saved, be prepared to grind your teeth as you get it all back to the way you want it. And remember to check the actual Preferences pane, since your scratch disk prefs, black display, etc. will have been wiped as well (saving a Workspace doesn't keep these settings intact).
Adobe... boy you guys just keep giving us working stiffs so much JOY!
Kudos!

I am having the same issues, and now cannot Save As or Export to SVG file format. My workaround was to copy/paste into Sublime Text, but that is less than ideal as I have no idea what SVG settings are being chosen for me. I get this error message when I launch AI.What OS is everyone running? I am in El Capitan 10.11.5 and have been for some time. This plugin/svg issue started happening about a week ago.

I think i got the solution, Search SmartExportUI.aip, cut and and paste that file some other drive and start AI. it will show you message close and continue.
Close AI,
Then copy and paste the same file (SmartExportUI.aip) at same path.
Start AI
May be thats solve your problem
