PNG problem

Can somebody in here explain why THESE GUYS LOOK ALL GLITCHY!? Pngs don't turn out like this...do they?

Yes... They're supposed to be transparent

They shouldn't have any any reflective parts in the background. I hope there is a solution

What does "Look Glitchy" mean?

Could it be a display problem? Because the zoom factor is set to 57.13 %. Is the view still "glitchy" at 100 %?
