Pop up windows on second screen

Goodmorning,

I'm using Illustrator on a graphic tablet connected at my laptop as a second screen with the "extend" option but the command pop-up windows opens on the first monitor.

How can i force the system to make the pop-up windows open on the second monitor?

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind trying to change the primary display under Windows' display settings (https://adobe.ly/4asM5ek) and then relaunching Illustrator to check if it helps?

If not, kindly share more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator and a screen recording of the problem (https://adobe.ly/3vaewh3), so we can investigate this further.
