"New Feature" Pop Ups every time I use Illustrator

Cannot disable "Application Bar" without first disabling the "Application Frame," so in essence I'm locked into seeing blue pop-ups against my will unless I want a detached workspace

"Generative AI" and AI feature pop-ups are also shoved in my face from the contextual taskbar, these features learn from other people's (supposedly Adobe-licensed) artwork, and I have no interest in using or seeing that in my professional work.

Any updates on how to disable all of these? Over the years, community members or employees have noted notifications should only appear once, however that has never been the case for me across multiple computers over many years.

What are some other community solutions? Custom plug ins or possible preference file edits to completely get around this nonsense? Thank you!

So it appears again after you have clicked it away once?

@Anshul_Saini can you please check this out?

The blue ads disappear with time, the others will only disappear by clicking "try later" (which I assume locks me into repeat ads), or closing and reopening the file. Clicking away will not close the ad, and there is no "X" or "Close" button on the ads.

The same ads often reappear. There is not a time I've used illustrator without getting multiple ads.

Although solutions that disable reappearances are welcome here, I'm curious if more adventeruous users have workarounds for completely disabling all types of adverts.

Also, "Rich Tool Tips" have been off for a long time - not speaking about that
