hi,In previous versions of illustrator, when I went to open files I got a preview in the preview pane, this does not work in cc2020?? Also cannot access bridge, nothing works properly in the latest update!!

iH , Im using windows 10, Adobe bridge does not open Illustrator files either, and i cannot associate File types,

Have reverted to cc 2019, thanks for you help

Hi,

Is it the figure below?

It is displayed in the combination of Illustrator 2020 and macOS Catalina.

The menu "File / Browse in Bridge ..." is also functioning.

Hi, I mean file open - I get no preview as I did in countless previous versions, have tried everything,

Bridge does not work either, I cannot associate file types to get iy to open Illy files, have gone back to cc 2019

Hi Doug, no I dont mean previous files on the homescreen, When I try to search for files to open I used to get a preview in the preview pane on the right hand side of the results, its been there for 30 years, but does not work anymore
