Printable Layer is not printing

I have a document that I have succesfully printed before but have not accessed for almost a year.  This is not a very complext document, 8 Layers, top bottom and top-most are set as not visible.  All layers are printable.

Now, one, single but very important layer is not being printed.  I have not changed the file; I just new a new copy printed.  All the correct layers appear in the preview pane of the Print Dialog, but one layer does not make it to the paper.

I have checked opacity, print settings, changed layer order, tried Print "All Layers", "Visible Layers", " Visible & Printable Layers".

I don't understand this at all.

Referring to the screenshot- the "Main Lines" layer is the one that is not printing.  It contains the yellow and red lines at the bottom of the diagram.

Thank you for responding.  I have discoverd that the issue had to do with the page tiling.  The missing elements were apparently to close to the edge of the paper, even though they appeared to fit completly within the printable area.  By tiling across six pages instead of three all the layers/objects were printed correctly.  The first time I printed this document I recall printing the sections separately, not simultaneously.  I have also added overlap to make it easier to assemble.

Those objects are not set to overprint? Can you try overprint preview? Separations preview?
