printers are not printing

Printers are not printing after the last update of illustrator 29.2.1.
I click "print", a progress bar appears and the program freezes.
This happens with any printer. Rolled back to version 29.1 - the problem disappeared. I decided to update the illustrator, again to version 29.2.1 - the same problem.
Windows 10. Please tell me how to solve this problem.

    Our product team has rolled out a backend fix for this problem. Would you mind re-installing Illustrator 29.2.1 and confirming if it helps resolve the problem?

    Hello @alice_8309,

     

    I understand how challenging it can be when printing functionality is disrupted. As @Monika Gause pointed out, this issue has been reported by several users after updating to Illustrator 29.2.1. The product team has identified that this issue is reproducible on Windows 10 systems and is working diligently to resolve it.

     

    For now, reverting to version 29.1 or 29.2 is the best temporary solution to regain printing functionality.

     

    Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work on a fix.

      This problem appeared for some people with the update to 29.2.1

      It's not a general problem, since other people can print.

      If you need to solve it quickly, install version 29.2

      Have you checked If your printer drivers are up-to-date?  or check if it works? Disable "Save in Background" and "Export in Background," then try printing again.
