printing problems

hihihi i created every lines and drawings by AI with an actual size in Centimeters. And then when i print it out, the image was not in the size as the ruler shown.

It normally 0.5-1cm smaller than the actual size in the AI file. what is it about and how to fix it?

Check your printer settings to make sure that the printer is printing at 100%.

Please make sure there's no scaling involved while printing and your printer is printing it at 100% as suggested by Barbara. Check this screenshot:
