problem exporting full artboards

I am trying to export my artboards as PNG's so I can put them in a video editing program to play music behind it. But the problem I'm facing is just exporting said artboards. A few of them are fine- but most of them are not showing the actual designs, just exported as "blank"-I have white,black, or color- backgrounds Or it has half the design but not the full design. I've tried "Export As...", "Export for screens (this one I can actually see preview's and everything looks fine in the preview but still the same issue), my app is up to date, I've made sure all the overprint buttons I can find in settings and attributes is checked off. in the overprint preview It looks similar to the mix up pngs I do get but again... I've changed all of those settings. I've tried on Mac and Windows. 

Anyhelp? -please don't give me a tutorial of exporting- I've attached a couple of files. The only way I was able to get something to work was saving it as an svg but I can't use the svg for the purpose I want.
