problem facing adobe illustrator cc 2015

Hi sir ,iam surbjeet singh .iam using adobe illustrator from 1 week  my adobe illustrator cc 2015 already download .my adobe illustrator cc 2015  from adobe creative cloud ,is facing errors like that the application is not responding .the problem  may respond again if you wait or  so i have two option that is end process and cancel option 

2.second problem is that hang my adobe illustrator cannot open properly .
