Problem with Canon Oce Arizona Touchstone extension

Hello!

My problem is with the Oce Touchstone extension for the Canon Arizona 1360 GT printer. The extension was installed for both Photoshop and Illustrator and worked until some update (I can't remember now exactly when it worked until), and after some time the extensions disappeared from Illustrator and Photoshop. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extensions but they still don't work, I mean they are not visible in the "Extensions" tab. Any ideas how to restore this?

Yes, obviously the plugin is not compatible with Illustrator 2022.

So what does Canon say?

I got a reply from Canon that the updated plugins will be available in the fourth quarter of this year. At this point, they advised going back to older versions of Illustrator and Photoshop. Now the plugins are working again.

As that version is from 2019 it's probably not compatible with Illy 2022...Do you still have your older Illy on yr puter? You could try copy and paste. But again, version is probably not compatible.
