Problem with Font at Illustrator 2025

I have problem which i did not had at previous versions of Adobe illustrator, When i Work With Georgian font Meta and make it Caps its turning to boxes like at photo, how can i Fix it?

    Oi, did anyone fixed it? I've tried all the possible options I had in me mind but without any success..

    The problem is in all kinds of Georgian Uppercase fonts, not only this one. Is someone on earth able to fix the issue?

    I recognize how frustrating this situation can be, and I would like to look into it more closely. Could you please provide the exact version of Illustrator you are using, along with the details of your operating system? Moreover, a short screen recording that shows the issue when converting the Georgian text to uppercase would be very helpful. It would also be useful to know the source of the font, whether it comes from Adobe Fonts or another provider. If you can, please share the link to the foundry or the font file itself, so I can test it on my side and investigate this issue. You can use any public cloud sharing services like Drive, Dropbox, etc., to share the font file. If it’s sensitive, feel free to send it via DM. 

    Additionally, please let me know if the issue occurs in every new file or just in a specific document.

    I just use Helvetica Bold with Caps

    thank you for answer, font name: FF Meta Georgian Bold, i was using it at adobe illustrator 2022 version and it was working good, Im using it for Georgian letters

    Thanks for sharing the details. I tried replicating this behavior on my end but could not. Would you mind trying to remove and reinstall the font to check if it helps? If the problem persists, kindly share a screen recording of your exact workflow with the On-Screen Keyboard open when typing so I can check it with the team.
