i have issue with adobe illustrator when i select any text and try to make it bold or italic or any other style using ctrl+T than i found only regular option in font style drop down plz help me to resolve this that how can i found all these font styles...

This shows for Myriad Pro at least, you don't have any other font styles like bold or italic installed on your computer. So you can go to Typekit, for example, and install a full font family. Or if you are using a font system to control your fonts, they might be installed but not turned on. Go to Font Book, for example and see what is installed and what is actually turned on.

In Illustrator you can only use font styles when the particular font style has been installed in your system. You don't only need Helvetica Regular, but also Helvetica Bold, Helvetica Italic, Helvetica Bold Italic, Helvatica Light ... your get the idea.

Can you please post a screenshot of the font pull down menu, and let us know if you have access to bold and italic fonts to load.
You may not have the font loaded as mentioned, or the font may be coded in a way that the italics and bold show elsewhere, or you may have a font conflict and your font cache may need to be reset.
We need more information to better advise as we know not the name of the font, operating system and how you laid fonts and what you have loaded.

I would recommend you take advantage of your free update to 2018 release, and that may flush out your issue and install the other options for you. Only issue I forsee is you may develop a GPU preview issues, which the forums are flooded with, in worst case you use the key command Ctrl E to switch to CPU preview mode.
On the mac those fonts come with the OS, would think they should on windows also, but not sure..
Could be possible as Adobe with app only installs so that might be where that is coming from, and yoru fonts contorl panel does nto contain all the other fonts as on mac.
Do yo have any additional software installed on your computer such as Avast Antivirus which has had problems with menus in the past.
As per Micheles suggestion try Myriad | Typekit
